In this existential moment, a time of chaos and instability that generates fear there is also a need for a kind of human greatness that arises and generates a need for leaders that put service to others before themselves - and to give willingly of their talents and resources. Such leaders seem to have a great ability to see what is needed and rise to the occasion. This insight and emotional intelligence and love of humanity often turns out to not only serve the urgent need but to provide the greatest, most meaningful reward to the giver.

Here are the qualities of leadership that are required:

Thinking power of the highest order.

The courage to act in a heartbeat when the need arises.

The willingness, eagerness and passion to work together to find the millions of amplifications that fit together as pieces of a puzzle to create what now seems miraculous.

The knowledge to apply the best in science, technology and strategies available.

The emotional intelligence and open heart to know the right thing to do, while acting with loving kindness, integrity, honesty and fair play.

The creativity to push the margins of the known far back enough to imagine what these new solutions could be.

The wisdom and spiritual power to guide us in solutions beyond the known. The spiritual mind open to past sacred thinking and to the new ideas revealed in science about the consciousness of all humanity.

The overarching power to consider solutions to problems in our complex entangled reality with the larger picture in mind.

The key to success will be determined by the historic requirement for all miracles - the human agency acting willingly with passion, intention and purpose.

In these dark existential times when the human project on Earth is itself under threat, there is a great need for individuals whose fortunate circumstances, education, experience and enterprise have provided special high order talents and the resources to act, to step forward to support those working to create a better, safer future that we all share.

We invite all global stewards, parents, grandparents, teachers, scientists, entrepreneurs, authors, artists and musicians, etc. and students of all the above to step forward to participate in humanity’s charter cohort, as patriots and Earth citizens to declare their readiness to act together to create a miraculous peaceful future.
