The overarching purpose of The Visioneers International Network Foundation is to gather, celebrate and honour the outstanding service to humanity of the heroes, heroines, visionary leaders and Visioneers whose life achievements are already demonstrating an evolved model of leadership that fits the newly revealed reality of planet Earth’s place in a two trillion galaxy cosmos.
A Proposal
For the first time in human history, we the generations of the 21st century
living at the hinge of history,
at a time of no return to an imagined ideal past, are so empowered and dominant that the future quality of life on Earth for our descendants will be determined by the choices we make.
We who live on a borderless planet as citizens of an assembly of sister nations are
the stewards of a global future
for ourselves and the descendants
of our human family.
What’s next:
The gathering place – a universal garden
The whole story… the purpose… the mission… the vision… the summary… the invitation… the action as a response to the newly revealed cosmic reality…
At a time of chaos, when the dark shadow of events covers the wonders humanity has built so far, the natural cosmic response calls for..
a new genesis
an evolution of such extraordinary wonders that it moves “the all” to higher ground. This is not a tinkering, but a soul based transformation at the level of the very heart of humanity to embrace an evolved ethos of how we live together as Earth citizens on this precious planet in a two trillion galaxy cosmos.
It begins with the creation of a new kind of relationship, a partnership of the beloved by 2s or 3s or any number of a new kind of team of champions whose overarching skills are based on the wisdom, the social maturity, the emotional intelligence, intuition and creativity that works at the margins of what we now know to move to higher ground. This sacred work is powered by an entirely new fuel that emerges from the changing beliefs of millions of such champions now flowing into the energetic field of consciousness created by relationships described by the word universally called
LOVE.
Looking for the possibilities of leadership beyond the kind we now see, we find millions of examples in every corner of our borderless world of sister nations of every possible human diversity.
What if we gathered with intention the people already demonstrating these high order skills, the champions, the heroes and heroines, the visionary leaders, and those open to helping us build a community of leaders and what if we honoured and empowered them to lead with the very qualities of character we need of collaboration, cooperation, compassion, kindness and
service to humanity?
Then…miracles of every kind will appear and the creative energy to build a future of wonder for humanity that will be freely available wherever humans live, breathe, play, work and learn.
This is the sacred work of humanity, across all diversity of belief, race and citizenship.
To begin we have created the gathering place of the Visioneers, not as built cathedrals of all kinds dedicated to a particular beliefs but as a
universal garden
available everywhere
filled with sunshine in the light of day and open to the cosmos in the moonshine and starry night of our new reality.
The presence of chaos is the natural method of stimulating evolution in the awesome newly revealed cosmic reality in which the energy for transformation emerges from the field of consciousness of the sentient beings who inhabit it.
When such sentient beings, as described above, gather in relationships of love, the highest order of power changes their dormant creativity to invent, discover and produce the new central ethos to climb the mountains and overcome the present challenges, thus swinging the hinge of history door open to a new more sacred place, a new genesis begins.
This requires new stories, new models of leadership. In the Visioneer Pax Humana Newsletter Volume IV edition III, we spoke of the miracle of Artemis II. At this time watching Artemis II millions of us saw this example of leadership of the astronauts in action. Note it took the extraordinary leadership and the higher order work of thousands of people with the necessary skills and most important
the belief that it could be done.

The Visioneers Action Plan 2026
1. Building the work force… enlarging our Visioneer community of leaders.
You are receiving this personal invitation to consider the following… for those who agree we ask that you nominate at least one new Visioneer each year whose life’s work is worthy of a Visioneer award, thus building the ranks in the Visioneer Expo to honour and celebrate their life’s work. This person would also accept the responsibility to nominate at least one more Visioneer within the year whose work, mind and heart are a fit to our community and to continue in the process.
2. Given the new reality and what we want to do, we will need to both honour the traditions of the past and tell new stories that reflect the central ethos described as service to humanity.
Here is the Visioneer’s Wall of Stories. Each Visioneer has a profile, a place to tell their stories and a way to show their work. Each brick is a colour coded link for the UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
Also described in detail is the Visioneer’s Golden Peace. These new stories reflect the Golden Peace. “Looking after the Earth, the air, the water, ourselves, each other and ensuring that all living creatures are respected is the prime underlying requirements of peace everywhere.” – Visioneer’s Golden Peace

3. A new literacy in Global Citizenship for youth and everyone is an essential part of our work.
4. A new way to deliver big ideas in small packages of time in a new publishing product called...
Little Books…Big Ideas.
A way to address new ideas acceptable to today’s readers in a limited time. Books in both digital and print format by authors of note to be read in small packages of time of one hour on screen or held in your hands as a small book. Projected publication date is October 2026 as a gift giving initiative in December.
5. All of this leads to this vision and the deeper meaning of The Golden Peace.

6. Enlightened Philanthropy... a new version of leadership that fits the new reality needs to be put in place.
Enlightened philanthropists are individuals who use their resources, influence, talent
and vision in service of a better future for humanity and the Earth.
In times of profound global challenge and uncertainty,
they recognize the responsibility and opportunity to support the people, ideas, and initiatives
working toward greater healing, innovation, wellbeing, and collective flourishing.
Through conscious and compassionate stewardship,
enlightened philanthropists help shape a future rooted in
dignity, hope, and the thriving of life for generations to come.
What needs to be Put in Place
In order to participate this project must have no barriers by
diversity,
citizenship,
cost of participation.
We will need to fundraise outside and beyond competition. To do this we need two kinds of resources.
1. Talent
We ask those who help us achieve the goals described to donate their talent as volunteers.
2. Funds
To raise funds outside the competition we will need to find a few Enlightened Philanthropists who have the resources and the open mind and heart to sponsor this project. Therefore, we will need contacts and referrals to those Enlightened Philanthropists who will feel honoured to help this work happen. We will take it from there.
To stimulate fundraising, the sponsorship will be supported by a large matching donation provided by Gerri and Des. This will allow the doubling of contributions large and small.
The Visioneers International Network Foundation is now a non-profit foundation. Application for charitable status for tax purposes is in process. In the short term, the International Foundation of Learning will remain a sponsor until the Visioneers gets its own status. All funds raised will go directly to the Visioneers project.

In the early years, the IFL was hosted by its founder Dr. Gerri Schwartz and the Vancouver Learning Centre. They were later joined by Dr. Desmond Berghofer and Creative Learning International. The Visioneers is their legacy project. Over the years from 1983 to present time, the IFL hosted over 70 events that had important impacts in education, business and the community. These events were sponsored by community organizations in business, finance, education, government, and the public domain, whose leaders also believed in the need and possibility of transformational change. |

This proposal expresses our belief that in acting together the power of our common intention will allow us to contribute to a positive future for humanity beyond our current ability to imagine.
