His leadership extends beyond the classroom; he currently serves as CEO of New Castle Japan Investment, an investment firm specializing in asset acquisition and real estate development across Asia and North America. Paul also serves as Vice-President of the International Foundation of Learning, a reputable Canadian non-profit organization that, since 1983, brings together outstanding scientists in education, psychology, and neuroscience with leaders in education. Paul’s work focuses on education development and community outreach, integrating education, business, and community service in ways that strengthen social fabric and opportunity.
